Alex Flores

Alex Flores is a seasoned audio engineer, studio manager, and educator with more than 14 years of experience across some of Los Angeles’ most respected music institutions. Known for his hands-on approach and technical expertise, Alex has guided students who have gone on to engineer major records, collaborate with top artists, and receive industry recognition.

He has held key instructional and leadership roles at SAE Institute, Crē•8 Music Academy at Westlake Studios, and ICON Collective, where he designed curriculum, mentored students individually, and taught subjects including music production, studio signal flow, and digital audio technologies. With extensive experience in Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, and analog recording systems, Alex is skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts into practical, real-world applications that equip students for success.

Alex continues to mentor the next generation of producers and engineers with a deep belief that music is more than sound—it is a voice, a form of empowerment, and a way to transform lives. He approaches every classroom and studio with patience, professionalism, and passion, creating an environment where students not only gain technical mastery but also the confidence to tell their stories and make their mark on the industry.
